TL;DR We give you a personal license to play Market Masters in your browser. You don't own the game — you're licensing it. You can't copy it, reverse-engineer it, cheat, or use it commercially. PLEASE READ THIS EULA CAREFULLY BEFORE PLAYING. BY ACCESSING OR PLAYING MARKET MASTERS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT PLAY THE GAME.

1. The License We Grant You

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to access and play Market Masters for private, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

This license permits you to access and play the game via a standard web browser at mmasters.io. No ownership of the game, its code, assets, or any related intellectual property is granted to you under this agreement.

2. What You May Not Do

2.1 Copying & Distribution

You may not copy, reproduce, download, or redistribute any part of Market Masters, including but not limited to code, graphics, audio, text, or gameplay mechanics.
You may not commercially stream, broadcast, or create derivative content from the game without our prior written permission.
You may not share, transfer, or provide unauthorized access to your account or any game content.

2.2 Modification & Reverse Engineering

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Market Masters.
You may not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the game.
You may not extract, rip, or mine any assets (images, sounds, data files, etc.) from the game.

2.3 Unauthorized Tools & Cheating

You may not use cheats, hacks, bots, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools that interact with Market Masters.
You may not use packet sniffers, memory editors, or similar tools to intercept, read, or modify game data.
You may not exploit bugs or glitches for personal gain. If you discover a bug, you must report it to marketmasterscontactsupport@gmail.com.

2.4 Commercial Use

You may not use Market Masters for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
You may not sell, license, rent, lease, or otherwise provide paid access to the game or any part thereof.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Market Masters — including all code, artwork, audio, text, game mechanics, trademarks, and trade dress — remain the exclusive property of Market Masters and its creators.

The game is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws, as well as applicable international intellectual property treaties.

This EULA grants you a license to use the game, not a license to own it. Any rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved by us.

4. Account & Access Requirements

Playing Market Masters requires a valid account created in accordance with our Terms of Service. All rights granted under this EULA are tied to your account and are subject to the terms governing that account.

5. Updates, Patches & Service Changes

We may release updates, patches, or hotfixes to Market Masters at any time and without prior notice. By continuing to play after an update is released, you agree to the updated version of the game.

This EULA applies to all versions of Market Masters, including all updates and patches. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game mode, or service at any time without notice or liability.

6. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or bug reports regarding Market Masters, we may use such feedback for any purpose without any obligation or compensation to you. By submitting feedback, you waive any rights you may have in that feedback.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

MARKET MASTERS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MARKET MASTERS, ITS CREATORS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

9. Term & Termination

This EULA is effective from the moment you first access or play Market Masters. It will remain in effect until terminated.

Your license terminates automatically if you violate any provision of this EULA or the Terms of Service, or if your account is terminated for any reason.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of Market Masters. Sections 3, 7, 8, and 10 of this EULA shall survive termination.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

11. Changes to This EULA

We reserve the right to update or modify this EULA at any time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Market Masters after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.
