By accessing or using Market Masters ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. To use the Service, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Exploiting bugs or glitches in the game. If you discover a bug, you must report it to us rather than exploiting it.
• Engaging in collusion or match-fixing with other players.

3.2 Technical Interference

You agree not to:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks.
• Breach or circumvent any authentication or security measures.
• Damage, disable, or overload our servers or infrastructure.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code into the Service.

3.3 Intellectual Property

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Copy, distribute, or reproduce any content from the Service without authorization.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

3.4 Conduct

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Market Masters — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and game mechanics — are owned by us and are protected under United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

No ownership or intellectual property rights are granted to you by using the Service. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or submit through the Service (such as usernames, profile information, or in-game communications).

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the Service.
